We do not advertise or host sites disseminating or advocating porn, violence, racism, hate, war, terrorism, religious fanaticism, or any other offensive subject.
We strictly enforce the following "No Spam" rules:
1. Any site suspected of sending unsolicited email will be immediately
suspended from the GDH network.
2. After investigation, if it is
found that the site did contravene our no spam policy, that site will
be removed from our servers permanently and all available legal
action will be instituted.
3. The owners of such sites will be legally prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
4. The owners of sites removed for violation of the above rules will be responsible for any domain name fees and monthly server rental fees paid on their behalf since registration and will be required to pay these fees immediately upon removal.
5. Right to Modify — GDH Reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. Every effort will be made to gather your input and adhere to your suggestions and your best interests. Notification will be given when modifications are made but the final decision about the implementation of these changes rests with the GDH administration.
